QTR/GUI: Best Output Resolution Setting

I now have QTR and GUI working, thanks very much to Roy and Stephen. Could someone save me some ink and paper and tell me what print output resolution setting in GUI they have found to produce the best results with prints up to about 14x17? By "best" I mean sharpest and best tonal gradation. I'm using a 2200 printer and EEM paper for now. Thanks.
