Hi, I'm thinking about investing in a CFS system from MIS for my Epson C84, does anyone know if the same CFS system works also on a C86 ? (I may buy/switch to a C86 in a near future). thanks, Denis Laroche Montreal, Qc

I have the MIS system on my C84 and had this conversation with MIS last week when the printer died. I have a second C84 (they were so cheap I bought a spare - glad I did) to which I switched the CFS while Epson replaced the dead one under warranty. MIS said that if I were to get a C86 instead of another C84 (which I'm considering, just to have an extra spare - these do not seem to be very robust printers, as my first one died after about only 2000 prints) I could just switch the CFS directly. As far as they can tell, the two printers are physically identical. Cheers, Kip dlaroche2 wrote:

Hope so :) That's what I have and that's what I ordered (from their web page). Daniel
