Which MIS chip for 2200 refillable cartridges

Which MIS chip for 2200 refillable cartridges

2005-01-08 by interrogtr

I've just ordered from MIS some virgin empty refillable cartridges
for UT-7 inks for my Epson 2200. Paul recommends having a few extra
chips around in case resetting doesn't work.

I don't see a standard chip listed for the 2200 on the MIS site. I
see *automatic* resetting chips listed for the 2200 but that's only
for the CIS system (which I am NOT buying) and they're $15 each
anyway. I assume that these are not what Paul is suggesting be
purchased to just have around.

Does anyone know the MIS part number for the standard chips for
refillable virgin carts from MIS for the 2200???

Thanks.

You can use the chips from your empty 2200 carts and put them in..
then use the software to reset it..
