Having problems using Epson Matt Black ink and Archival Matt paper on the
2100 printer. A file in Photoshop CS will not be processed and the printer
utility will indicate that the job has been stopped. The inks are correctly
installed and are showing up properly in the printer utility. If I change back to
black ink and print on Premium Semi-gloss for example, the same file will
print OK. Any kind soul have any ideas?

G4,OSX, PhotoshopCS, Epson 2100.

Yes a known issue with OS-X and the Epson driver. Do this: rename your
current driver to denote that it is PK. Swap the cartridge and re-add the
printer this time naming it something to denote it is MK. Just select the
printer depending on what cartridge you have in.
