QTR: how to build profiles for Epson 1200

I'm using an Epson 1200 with Lyson Quad Black inks. QuadTone RIP includes no profiles for the 1200 though there is an installation script. So what's the procedure for building QTR profiles? (I do have a reflection densitometer, if that's needed.)
