Digital BW, The Print

Hi,

I've recently bought a set of B&W cartridges from MIS and put them 
into my C86. A couple of days later I'm still fighting with the ink 
foam build up in 2 cartridges (already wasted a full black and half 
of the "colored" cartridges on head cleaning and printing purging 
images).

I've read what I could find on the net about ink foam build up but so 
far I didn't find a satisfactory explanation about *why* it formed. 
Shaking during the postal transit? Something else? This set will 
probably be compromised with the tests; I'm primarily concerned about 
future sets. What if the next order is going to suffer from the same? 

I've asked MIS about the possible causes and some recommendations 
what to do when I next get the inks, but they haven't replied.

I'd appreciate any advice from the list.
