MIS support

MIS support

I have been having an issue with the 1280, CFS, and UT2 inkset-going
back and forth for months with MIS support.
I have to say they offer some of the best support, regardless of
industry, that I have ever experienced.

I'll second that. They cannot be more helpful. I am very happy with
their service and their products. I am in the UK and my orders always
arrive within 4-5 days, well packed and discretely labelled (dollar
rate very good if you know what I mean !!).

I am setting up a new C86 with MIS inks. Apparently, one of the
refillable cartridges is defective. I telephoned Inksupply.com about
the problem. The response was friendly and very positive. A new
cartridge was mailed the very same day. Inksupply.com is very
supportive of their product and helpful. Further, one does not have
to listen "n" number of phone menu messages to contact support.

Two Thumbs Up for Inksupply.com
