I sold mine a couple of years ago on Ebay. There are about 16 for sale
there now, and nearly 40 have been sold in the past couple of weeks
(which will give you an idea what they go for.) I've had excellent
dealings over the years with sellers who have excellent feedback.

Cheers,
Kip

Here's the ultimate Graflex info. If you want to deal with a dealer
rather than EBay there's Midwest...

That can be a problem, Danny. I've frequently declined to ship outside
the US on small ebay items, but usually would make the extra effort for
larger items. You can check each item to see where the seller will
ship. Otherwise, Pacific Rim Camera and Lens and Repro both have some
Crowns on hand, but they're pretty proud of them - they might not be
worth what they're asking, especially if the shipping adds much extra.

Good luck finding one. I loved the one I had the few times I used it -
pretty clearly the best bang for the buck out there if you didn't want
to deal with a cheap monorail.

Cheers,
Kip

I have not advertised these, but I do have three Graphics I would
sell. I'd sell individually, but would prefer to sell all in one
deal.

2 1/4 X 3 1/4 Speed Graphic with GraphLoc back.
4 X 5 Speed Graphic with GraphLoc back.
4 X 5 Graphic View II (with GraphLoc back, fitted case, etc)

For each of the two sizes of cameras, I have various sizes of roll
film backs and cut film backs. I have a Polaroid back for the 4 X 5
format. Various extras too.

Please email me directly if anyone is interested.
ML

That board is not maintained...I provided the link so you could use it
in some imaginative and unintended way :-)

Last month I searched some Graphics type models, Crown Graphics, Speed
Graphics are quite easy to get in the USA but Super Graphics and Super
Speed Graphics are not often for sale. What is the reason for that,
still popular, lower quantity produced ?

The "super" models are far heavier and their rangefinders are not as
rugged as the cheaper models. They don't offer more utility or any
improvement in optics. You might take this question to the Graflex
forum for more opinion.

I use a 6X9cm Century Graphic from the Seventies and a 4X5" Speed
Graphic from the thirties. Both are lighter and more rugged than
Hassleblad (for example), have comparable optics (Rodenstock, Zeiss),
and produce much larger negatives. 6X9 is far larger than 6X6, dwarfs
35mm.

If one works in B&W he/she may want some real film experience, and
"should" (to use a word that's popular on this forum) experiment with
larger formats. 6X9 and 4X5 scan beautifully with $300 flatbeds making
handsome, sharp, grainless, noiseless 13X19.

Which flatbeds will scan these size negs?

I've had great results with a discontinued (bargain) Epson 3200...the
newer 4870 is probably even sharper and is also a bargain, especially
if you get it directly from Epson as a refurb (epson website). I got
my 3200 as a refurb while that model was still being sold new, saved
over $100.
