Matte Black Ink and QTR.....Compatible?

Matte Black Ink and QTR.....Compatible?

2005-04-07 by Steve

Diane Fields has provided me with two print step wedges (gray matte
and gray photo)so I can experiment with different papers using the QTR
and Epson 2200. When using Enhanced Matte Paper, the gray matte
profile, do I use the Matte blank or Photo Black cartridge?-

I guess the second part of my question is...if the Matte black
cartridge can be used, how do I choose it on the QTRgui?

You use the Matte Black cartridge. Just put the cartridge in the printer. The
QTR curves for EMM assume that you are printing with Matte Black.
