Goodby to my 1280.....

Goodby to my 1280.....

2005-06-06 by jeffleeg8

Hi:

On and off, I've tried just about everything in my 1280. Paul, your
curves worked well for me.

My life has gotten very busy, and I just really one a "one size" fits
all solution, so today I ordered a 2400.

But it is funny in this time of things quickly becoming obsolete, that
I will miss my 1280. For three years it has been a great tool.

I was going to sell it, but found someone who can't afford a A3
printer, and so I'm just going to give it to that person.

Hope I like the 2400 as well as I have the 1280.

I hope so too, Jeff, and good for you, on both counts. I'm thinking
about doing something similar and hope you'll have time to post about
your 2400 experiences.

Oh I think you'll enjoy the 2400. Matte output with three good blacks,
toning, and finally decent if not very good photo paper output.
