Banding with R220

Banding with R220

2005-12-19 by timeexposure

Hello,

today on a low key picture I got banding with UT-R2 on R220.

Paper: Kirkland glossy
Gamma 1.8, Epson Premium Glossy setting (not Ultra)
RPM Mode ON
ICC for this paper
Picture: http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=3959419

Except this micro banding in the deep blacks (3/256), the print is
great.

Any clue ?

Nozzle check is perfect, and head alignment has been done not too long ago?

Best regards,

After head alignment this is perfect. Strange because the
documentations speaks about vertical alignment (corrects vertical
stripes), and if fact it did correct horizontal banding.
