PrintFix Pro question

Anyone here using PFP? Is it useful for B&W or mainly useful for
color printing?
 Input appreciated.
 Thanks
 Ginny

I'm using it to linearise and neutralise profiles in IJC. It works well.

Best,
Helen

Ginny,

My PrintFIXPro arrived mere days ago, but I'm pleased so far using
it for both building color profiles and for investigating the B/W
characteristics of my Epson 2200 and 2400 printers. Using Win Xp,
Epson Adv. B&W (on 2400) QuadToneRIP (both printers) and ImagePrint
RIP on 2200. Printing 21-step BW "patches" and making L*a*b*
measurements has been an eye-opener. I can recommend PFP (both
hardware and software) from my perspective! I have much to learn
about profiling, though!
