Digital BW, The Print

Hi Everybady,

I have been offert an Canon W8400 very cheeply but have no experince with canon printeres 
and was first thinking to get the epson 9800. I have looked on the web to find some reviews 
or compersons to epson 9800 but could not find any. Also I could not find it on the wilhelm-
research any info on the canon pigments arkive performence.

I expeckt the printer not to be as good as it only have 6 colors with only one black. Also I 
heard it have very bad materisme.

Any way I gess the new 12 ink printeres will be much better but I need to make my prints 
now in the next month and they are not yet here...

As you said, it only has 6 inks! You can not compare it to the 9800
and its 8 inks. Compare it to an Epson 9500, but the canon has a
smaller drop size. If black and white prints are the goal, the Canon
8400 is NOT what you want.
