hi all

the gloss black on my epson 4000 is out. I always print matt (on h photo rag). do I really 
need a gloss black cart to get my prints thru the printer via qtr?

I normally recommend using a cart filled with cleaning fluid. That way
you won't damage the head by running it dry, and the cleaning fluid is
about $30 per 500ml. All you need is a large format chip reset device,
and a refill rig for your PK cart. You can get the fluid from
http://www.getinkexpress.com product is gie820 and you can get the
reset tool from http://www.weink.com or many other places (just make
sure it is for the large format carts).

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
