Dear M87507, All new members automatically go onto "Moderated" status for their posts and their first is reviewed for appropriateness to the group. Antonis and I do this as a service to keep out SPAM and we do see a fair amount of junk mail you don't have to deal with. After that, a member's messages are a not screened and the expectation is that the group will be self moderating as much as possible. If there are problems with flames or off topic threads, then we will step in and ask people to stop. If they do not, those individuals might be put back on "Moderated" for a time to ensure that they comply. What big brother would possibly be interested in screening all of this?
