Digital BW, The Print

I just received my r220 and MIS UT-R2 inkset.  After installing the inks, the red ink light is 
still lit up.  I pressed the ink button to charge the ink as suggested in the Epson instructions, 
and then the power button starts blinking.  Nothing happens for several minutes.  

Has anyone had this problem?  Any ideas on how to solve it?

Looks like one of the cartridges had a bad chip.  They're sending out a new one.
