Heath, I did this last year and decided the easiest way would be to alternate between the two sets of holes - it makes installing the fittings a lot easier. my notes and photos are still up here: http://jmhphoto.home.mindspring.com/1270-CFS/ Otherwise, MIS uses the "fill" hole position when they set up a cart.
