Digital BW, The Print

I've been using the MIS EZN inkset in an Epson C88+ printer for B&W 
printing and would like to begin using the Eboni-6 inks in the same 
printer.  I realize I will need to make up my own cartridges.  Is there 
anything else I need to do to prepare the printer for this different 
inkset - clean something, change something, etc.?  I'd like to avoid 
purchasing a new printer.

Or buy a CIS.  I have one of the cheap eBay versions on a C88 -- 
works fine.

Cleaning carts never hurt.  It would probably be OK to just load the 
Eboni-6 mix (50% Eb6-M + 50% Eb6-LC -- see

Thanks Paul.  I've read your essay you referenced; that's what 
motivated me to try using Eboni-6 (as your other writings motivated 
me to try the C88+ and EZN inkset).
