Lightroom 'Chic Art' presets

Lightroom 'Chic Art' presets

2008-10-12 by Gavin Phillips

Hi,

Has anyone been using presets in Lightroom?
They are similar to Photoshop 'actions', but faster.

Lightroom 2 has some great new creative features
that you can put into a preset. I have some free ones
you can get off my website,

http://www.photoeffects.biz/apresets.html

Let me know what you think.
Regards,
Gavin Phillips.

Jack Davis built 85 great presets for Lightroom and ACR that are free from onOne Software.
You can download them at http://www.ononesoftware.com/detail.php?prodLine_id=33

Not spam. I am using some of Gavin's actions in PS that were free and they are great.
Didn't download these yet, but wouldn't hesitate. Unless you would rather spend hours
creating the same thing on your own.

OK, but I don't believe that keeps his advertisement of them on this
list from being spam.

I might, but that seems to me to also be beside the point.

Re: Lightroom 'Chic Art' presets - Why Pay For Them?

The OnOne site describes these as "Demos" implying a price hidden
somewhere in the deal. That said, Davis is a wizard with PShop
manipulations.
