4000 Banding

I have not had any response to the following at the wide-format forum. Anyone here can help with my banding problem? Shilesh The bands are darker than surrounding tone, and are spaced approximately 2.5 mm apart. I can reduce banding (but not eliminate) by using 2880 setting in QTR. I have done a number of cleaning cycles, etc, to no avail. I can also reduce the banding somewhat by setting the custom paper thickness to "1", which makes it 100 microns. But the paper I use is EEF, which is thicker (300 micron). When I use paper thickness setting using the utility, the "1" setting shows the least gap, and it gets worse with higher numbers.
