In addition to the addresses a0, a1 and a2 you also need the clock signal. It is used for the trigger outputs (the clock pulsewidth is responsible for the length of the trigger pulses). a3 is only necessary of two A-155 are in use (the A-154 has details concerning the usage of A3 with VC switches).
