It is very, very easy once you get it sussed. The key I think is to 
read the 'How do I create a round scale?' FAQ on the 'Support' page:

I can't quite remember how to set the '(x,y)' or '(dx,dy)' coords about 
which it rotates, but it is something like:

- right click, 'move/rotate'
- check 'apply action to copy'
- set the required angle
- hit 'OK'
- then right click, 'move/rotate', 'OK' as many times as required

And don't forget to carefully check the total rotation of the pots you 
are using, or you might make an expensive mistake!

(As for the printing, my guess would be not.)
