Hi David The easierst point to test is the bus board (you might have to take a few modules out for good access). The 16 pol plugs are label with the voltages (check between GND and +5V/-12V/+12V). Please do this only if you familiar with this type of work as otherwise you might destroy the power supply or your moduls.
