I just wanted to add here, I am the "rachel" who posted the message that ringmod quoted. I wasn't expecting him to, but I do not mind. I think I should add here: I have only an A100 Mini system, but I am planning a much larger set of -modules. I bought the MAQ 16/3 primarily because it is considered a part of the A100 (although it's a subset) by Doepfer. I intend to build a system that will use the MAQ as the primary controller. In this instance. I do not consider discussion of the MAQ off topic! I consider the MAQ as much a part of the A100 system as the rest of it. There is another yahoogroups list for the MAQ just started that I subscribed to yesterday, but I appear to be the only subscriber, other than the admin. The web based forum for the doepfer products is a bit of a stinker - I hate web based forums at the best of times, hence I usually use email. Anywhere that is discussing the MAQ 16/3 is of use to me, since it is such an inscrutable and poorly documented piece of (expensive) equipment. I am quite perturbed by Doepfer (the company) ignoring my posts to them regarding what I consider a definite bug in the firmware, wrt to Clock sending on External synch. If ringmod's postings here annoy people, I am sorry, but I tend to agree about this one, since stirring the possum a bit is often the only way to get some answers..... Anyway, I shall leave it at that for now..... rachel --------------------------------------------- This message was sent using Endymion MailMan. http://www.endymion.com/products/mailman/
