I got an answer from Shawn Cleary from Analogue Haven concerning the transformers and power supplies for A-100 DIY#1 and #2. So far they found only a suitable transformer with 1100mA for A-100DIY#1. That's why the A-100DIY#1 in USA were delivered with an 1100mA transformer only. But we browsed throug some online shops and found a transformer with 4000mA (4A) which is more than sufficient for the A-100DIY#1 (Jameco EHU160400E7940 16VAC/4000mA). Shawn will order these new transformers asap and deliver the A-100DIY#1 with the 4000mA transformers. For the A-100DIY#2 it may have happened that Analogue Haven delivered unstabilized/unregulated supplies by mistake. Please look at the PSU you obtained together with the A-100DIY#2. If they are stabilized/regulated it will be mentioned on the case. Even here we found a suitable 12V stabilized/regulated supply (Jameco DDU120050F0981 12V/500mA). Shawn told me that they will change to these new supplies immediately once they receive stock from Jameco. If you have question please contact Shawn directly: shawn@analoguehaven.com Best wishes Dieter Doepfer
