I am sorry, but a delay has only one parameter, that is unique to the
delay:

The delay time. Nothing else.


what should be "speed", "direction" or "length"?
There is no such parameter with any delay-technique I know. If you go to
the basic you do not need any cv control at all but a clock-in for the
delay line.

The rest could be done with HighspeedVCO (or a better a VCO plus a Phased
Locked Loop Module) and Mixers.
