I do not own an A-185 so I cannot compare results. I know this doesn't explain the issue or fix it, but could you use one of the trigger row outputs of the A-155 to clock the Metropolis? If you already built a dedicated gate amp, I suppose this is no longer necessary.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
