1.) Switch off the system
2.) remove the A-134-1 and disconnect it from the supply bus
3.) switch on the system and check whether the -12 volts are available again
      * if yes -> the module needs repair
      * if no
4.) switch off the system
5.) remove all modules from the rack, do not keep any module connected 
to the power bus
6.) switch on the system and check whether the -12 volts are available
      * if no -> shot on the supplybus or powersupply broken
      * if yes
7.) switch off the system
8.) mount the first module
9.) switch on the system and check whether the -12 volts are available
      * if yes -> do the loop from 7.) with the next module
      * if no -> you have found the module which causes the -12 volts to 
break down.
