Doepfer

Hi, i recently purchased a MCV 24.

I'm using it conectd to my A100, I connected an old Yamaha DX7 as 
keyboard...set it to VOLT/OCTAVE

CV OUT1 is OK, i patched it in a VCO and the VCO tracks CV OK

the problem is with the GATE signal...the interface sends a GATE 
Signal each time a key is released, not pressed...

I messed with the manual but i can't manage to find if it's normal 
operation or if i can change it from the menus...
do i need an inverter or something???
