Hi Andreas,

The Analogue Systems Integrator ( : ) BTW Analogue Solutions make concussor modules) are definatley compatible as are any manafacturers modules, the only thing to watch out for are old Paia VCO's as they use the old Korg Hz/V scaling, all recent systems use 1V/oct.

I can't comment on the midi interface but will say that I have both VCO's types, a VC LFO, VC ADSR, Comb filter, Reverb/Chorus and a Trigger shaper. They all have a different character to their A100 equivilants (where they exist) and that is why I like them. Good build quality and more finger space per module. These sit in the same cabinet as my A100 modules. Note that their front panel screw holes are offset differently from the A100's so you may get small gaps when mixing on the same row.

Some of the analogue Solutions modules are quite nice as bread and butter modules. These match the A100 panel size exactly.

If you are prepared to have slightly off the wall modules, www.blacet.com, do some nice stuff and sort of fits in a A100 rack, they are a few mm too high.

There are also different panel size systems worth considering, i.e. MOTM and the diy variants like Oakley, Arick (synthesiser.com).

Regards

David

Please all take note of the smiley! ;)

After reading about the pretty massive systems most of you seem to have I
don't understand what kind of money you spend on this! Also noted the fact
that a few seem to own systems from different makers I have a few questions.

First of all I am considering buying a row or two(actually just a bigger
case and fill it in the future) of Analog Solutions integrator just because
it is supposed to be compatible with dopefer. Anybody own an AS system? Have
you successfully managed to mix doepfer and AS modules? And finally is the
AS midi-cv module as good or better than doepfers? I find it more spec'd and
cheaper and also that it would take less space in the rack. I am considering
this to again reconnect to my A100 using midi.
