Doepfer

I was looking around on the Doepfer site and I noticed the a185 Bus Access module.  I'm not clear on what it does.  If I send my Doepfer lfo to a bunch of different sources, will the signal somehow degrade?  I have a Doepfer suitcase system and I'm always sending the cv's to a multiple and then off to other places in the Doepfer system and to my other racks of Blacet/Wiard modules.  I haven't noticed that this is a problem, but I'm not always very scientific about analyzing my patches.

As my modular grows will I need the a185?
