hello,

i own a few a130's and i have no problems with hum or
something like that.

the new versions of the a130/a131 vca's have "oversensitive"
audio inputs, you cannot only attenuate signals, you can
also amplify them by turning the input attenuators to the
fully clockwise position. this also amplifies background noise.
with the input attenuator at position 6 the signal will not see
any amplification. maybe this is the source of the hum?

another question, does the hum disappear when you
remove the a130 from the patch?
