I think it is not necessary to send a third one. The address you've used is quite correct until now and the package will reach me the next six months on my new address too, because I will give such an order to german postal service on friday 13th, if your package will not arrive here until then.
But I think it is necessary to send such units with tracking information, so that you and the client are able to ask for the actual location of the package. 
This order was not my first purchase in the United States, but until now I always knew, where my package was. 
It would be really a great pleasure for me to use your modules, as mentioned before there are some others on my wishlist and with your newest announcement like the ASR is grows bigger, but there is also a need of a faithful shipping and I wonder that the German custom makes it so difficult, I don't remember on anything like that, but Ingo told me, that he has to wait eleven days until the custom gave his package free. 
So I think it is a chain of events which makes this shipment so frustrating.
I hope the step with Analogue Haven will make this better and I think that a European distributor like Schneiders Büro will open an easy way to sell your gear in Europe.
Talk about Andreas Schneider with Mr.Doepfer, when you will meet him at the NAMM. EAR isn't a concurrent but a great addendum for the existing systems. 
Meanwhile I hope to build in my first third party module on my system and I hope, it will not be the last one.

the Model 17 you ordered.  The problem is not so much are 
unability to fulfil in your instance, it's the problem we've had with 
German customs.  Many problems with the information they 
request to accept a package.  First we were told we needed to 
supply a packing slip on the outside of the box, then once we did 
that we were then told that they also required functional 
descriptions of what each item did.  This we did not do.  But to 
simply say  "Model 17 Triple Event Timer" on the packing slip 
was unsufficient for German customs.  

On the second shipment to you (we have shipped another unit) 
we did dosupply this information .  I am now concerned about 
your change of address on the 16th of this month and am 
discussing with Don Hassler about sending you yet a third.  If we 
don't get these other two back, it's an unfortunate situation, but 
one we'll need to bit the bullet on.
