I have to agree, although I believe that because this module has been prototyped it would
be easier to get into production assuming interest was big enough.

There are modules that have been discussed that I want more but there are also plenty
that I don't have any interest in. So for me me it's still a yes.

I would like to see a list of all the possible modules and what their status is in terms of
devolopment, possible release etc.

hello izam,bakis and ingo,
my comment about "diverted efforts" was meant to reflect on the long list of
things the doepfer folks are working on currently or that have been
extensively discussed here which people have been looking forward to and that could
possibly be accelerated a bit without another thing being "thrown on the pile"
to dilute available resources given that doepfer is a smaller company and
not a huge outfit with 10 r+d guys just sitting around looking for something to
do. :^)
i *am not* opposed to a wavetable vco,i just want to be sure that it
differentiates itself from whats already available.
i hope that makes sense - ?
best,
dave

Hi, I have both Doepfer racks and FracRaks. Though you can run some
modules designed for +/-15V on +/-12V I never tried it myself. Ever
since I used a 2nd hand Power One psu. A PAiA FracRak plus a used
psu should be more economical than forcing Blacet modules into a
more costly Euro Rack. However, this needs a bit understanding in
electronics even though it's quite easy. I wouldn't have attempted
this on my own but had an experienced friend who assisted me.
Regards, Ingo

i see what a your saying dave , it does need to go alot further than the A112 which i havent tried but sounds cool.I best try the A112 anyway as i like the sound of it !

mono to stereo bbd module?

2006-07-05 by p.hendricks

a mono to stereo bbd?
what about a mono to stereo bbd module? like the Electro-Harmonix Ambitron
or the TC Electronics 1210?

I recently sold my EH ambitron but really miss this effect? would this
become too expensive? or was the TC 1210 just really overpriced?
The simple EH ambitron was fat and thick.
I also have an Orban 245F Stereo Synthesizer, which i believe uses notch
filters to achieve a similar effect. but a combo of both would make a great
module as most patches are mono.
just add CV and we are golden.
best,
pH

hello dave,

i have both doepfer and blacet, but each in their own
frames with their own psu's. i haven't tried to
power a miniwave with a 12 volts psu, but i guess that
it is possible, of course only with some changes on
the module pcb.

the miniwave works very well together with doepfer modules.

best wishes

ingo
