MAQ16/3 MIDI timing problem.

I've got this weird timing problem with my MAQ16/3 (version 3.4)...it seems to drift. I'm using Cubase SX2. If i loop it from bar 1-5 it locks beautifully. If i loop if from bar 201 - 205 it's out by 1/32 of a beat. All the other drum machines lock HARD to the MIDI clock all the time. HELP...???
