The trig outs output what you have in the clock in.
What are you using in the input?
So if you drive it with a square lfo, it will output a rising edge
and then a falling edge. Maybe what you are trigggering reacts to
both? I use it with the square wave from A-145 and send the trigger
out to the A-140 and I dont have this problem.

I think you'll like this module. I love it.

I think I read your post a bit too quickly and misinterpreted your
problem... haven't had this problem myself.
Sorry.
Goodluck anyway.

a155 seq question

2005-03-10 by Paul Wagorn

Ok, so I've only had this module for a short while, but I'm having a strange
issue that is more likely me not understanding something than a problem with
the module:

On the cv out for each row, at each step it actually pulses twice for each
"note" in the sequence. I don't have a scope to verify exactly what it's
doing, but if I pluf the pre or post out into an oscillator, it plays each
step twice (and I'm not using a vca!), I assume it's outputting some sort of
square wave for some reason. Even when I advance the step manually, for
each step it goes "beep - beep" (again without any vca)

Am I missing something basic here? I think I understand the theory of the
155, and I've had lots of other analogue sequencers, and I've never seen
this.

thanks for the help anyways! :-)

I was using an lfo, and thought that it might be the source of the problem
(it sounded like it was leaking into the cv out), but I tried advancing it
manually, and same prob.

Thanks Gustaf
