Try installing it...
You may get a warning that the application has not been checked for your operation, do you want to continue. Press yes.
If it installs, try a right click on the Application Icon, choose "Properties".
Choose Compatibility, and select Windows 98.
Cross your fingers.
If it works, set it to always to open under Windows 98 compatibility.
(The above is based on my Windows XP Pro, but it should be similar)
