Patches and discussion for Ensoniq VFX family

Hi...
It´s ok to clean the contacts but...
The best stable solution is to open up the VFX and detach the middle 
approx. 10 keys (unhooking the springs on the back of the keys first!) 
and then SOLDER wires between the two keyboard sections.
That was done in my VFX, but some repairman hadn´t done it right, so in 
the middle of a gig it started playing those small melodies by itself..
(Not very handy in the middle of a song).
I didn´t know what the problem was until I open it up and looked closer.
I resoldered the wires between the two boards, and it´s been working 
since then (1995)...
