If they really are misaligned, you may try a PLASTIC screwdriver and realign them yourself, adjust on ONE side only until you have a working drive. use a spare disk and try to load. Do NOT use a normal screwdriver at any time because they can (and usually will) magnetize your head assembly and introduce noise in the signal.
