My suspicions were aroused when I too noticed this up for sale, once again. Maybe they have more than 1 or the sale of the previous one crumbled.

I noticed that MFX3+ QDC unit from liverpool is up for auction AGAIN by
the same seller ?

And again it's an anonymous bidding round. I find this a bit unusual.
Can anyone enlighten me ?
