Hi Peter, Could it be that the tapes were formatted and the sounds saved with a pre waveform supervisor CMI ? Maybe there was a change between the pre and post Waveform supervisor CMIs regarding the tape drive. Another idea may be that your tape drive is out of alignment with the original tape drive that was used to save the sounds. I am only making wild asumptions though ! Good luck!
