I think the command to scan the drives is 'inq'. Probably only on Rev 
>= 9. To get to a shell from the CMI type $ or #.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
