Of course the copyright of all Fairlight materials belongs to Fairlight, as JBE freely acknowledges. I don't have anything to do with the company these days however I would be happy to discuss with them getting their blessing for the archive project. I can't see any reason they would not be very happy to endorse it. Let me know if you'd like me to do that.
