I remember the issues I had with this. So much trouble in fact, that when I
got the answers I wrote my own extra pages (Word docs) for the IIx manual (see
attached).

I've tried with all the Key commands on the link you've sent me, but
unfortunately there is no option to copy a System Disk. The back-up option
and the copy disk option seems only to work for sound disks.
Do you have by any chance any other hint?
