On ebay: Ebay Netherlands introduced a new user agreement, stating many things, but one thing caught my eye: "6.3 Licentie. I give Ebay the nonexclusive, worldwide, uninterrupted, irrevokable, royaltyfree, (via multiple third parties) transferrable license to exercise my copyrights, trademark rights, publicity and database rights which I have with regard to my information provided to eBay in any currently known and, as yet, unknown media as far as necessary to supply me with ebays' services. I also waive any moral rights which I might have with regard to my information to the highest degree allowed by law. I think this is a pretty dictatorial statement from eBay to allow me to have them earn money while I buy products from a stranger. I am seriously reconsidering dopping my ebay account just because of it. Any thoughts ? Regards, Harald.
