Fairlight-CMI

Hi!
I am seriously thinking about getting a fairlight
editing rig instead of my PT HD rig. 
This is mainly something I would use to prepare
sessions for the dub stage, so I do need to be
compatible with pro tools in the end.
Does anyone have any experience with the new fairlight
core system yet?
Can i ultimately export a surround session into pro
tools? Is the transfer transparent enough, or am I
better of sticking to pro tools?
