Kevin (and Harald too!), Thanks for the input - I'm going for it! It's a one owner machine, all docs, and everything, so it really is a good find. As much as I loved my IIx, it too went to a good home, and frankly, the cost of repairs and utter lack of spares scared me into selling it! The fact that you don't regret selling yours and are a happy E1 owner speaks volumes. Thanks again for the input - I'm working on a time to pick it up now (it's a few hours drive, but worth saving potential shipping damage), hopefully that will be in the next few weeks. Cheers!
