Hi Colin, From what I have heard the Jaz will cause directory problems for the CMI. However, if you set the Jaz to ID 2 and then exit to OS 9 -- if you type: Scsiformat /sc20 the CMI should recognize and format the cartridge. However you may encounter problems trying to create a " C " directory. This may have to be done on the MFX-2 which is much more recent software. At the moment I haven't been able to access a directory on my Zip but I think I need to use the MFX-2 to properly prepare the Zip cartridge.I will keep you posted.
