Hi guys,

I'm thinking about joining the meeting in London, but I'm not sure I 
have some spare time left around that time. 

I would be very interested if 3 things came up:
- Checking if the series III hard drive card can actually work on a 
IIx (possibly with OS9). Peter mentioned once that it should work as 
far as hardware is concerned, but how about the software?
- Any way to transfer files from my IIx to PC apart from floppies
There was some rumour that there is a spare com port lurking 
somewhere in the IIx which could be used for this.
- Some hardware thingy to replace the IIx monitor/keyboard with a 
standard PC. It should be possible to connect a VGA monitor using a 
composite video to VGA converter, but I'm thinking more along the 
lines of actually using a PC to control the IIx. I think the series 
III already has something like that.
