Remove all cards and see if the -12V comes back.

If it does, insert the cards, one at a time, starting with CPU cards, 
graphics, diskcontroller, peripheral cards and finally voicecards.

Stop when the -12V goes away.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
